There are a lot of people out there who do not believe in dieting and some also do not believe in working out too much to lose weight. If such is the case then there is a huge possibility that you end up with a saggy body and even a pot belly. Not only does this feel ridiculous it is also very unappealing to look at.   1. Ensure that you do not skip out on breakfast. Even if you are running late make sure you grab something on the way. Keeping your stomach empty in the morning is the worst thing you can do to the body as the acids end up attacking the stomach walls to pacify the hunger. Always have breakfast.
  2. Do not binge eat. If you are tired after a long day of work and want to get into bed with a bag of chips, that is again a major mistake you are making no matter how pleasant the visual. Avoid binging especially at night. Not eating 4 hours before sleep can make all the difference.
  3. Eat less but frequently. Instead of having a heavy lunch, stack up on fruits and vegetables and eat a handful every time you feel hungry. This way you will eat less but feel fuller.
